About ROC Wisconsin, A Project of WISDOM:

R.O.C. Wisconsin is an urgent call to our state to:

Restore communities that have been harmed by mass incarceration;
Restore families to wholeness and health;
Restore balance, fiscal discipline and humane priorities to our state’s criminal justice system;
Restore men and women back to the community who do not need to be incarcerated;
Restore people to health through increased treatment alternatives to incarceration, decreased use of solitary confinement, better support for those who return from jail or prison.

WISDOM is a statewide network of faith communities that works to promote the common good by building diverse communities and encouraging broad participation in the democratic process.  WISDOM is a grassroots organization, comprised mostly of religious congregations of many denominations, from about 160 congregations, of 19 different religious traditions.  Besides criminal justice reform,WISDOM and its local organizations promote Immigrant Rights, Economic Justice, Health Care, Public Transportation, Workforce, Housing, and more.

YES! (Youth Empowerment Seminar) is dedicated to helping youth & adults deal with their Anger & Stress in Healthy Ways! We are committed to helping ALL with a healthy body, a healthy mind and a healthy lifestyle. We do this by offering youth practical tools and life skills to manage stress and emotions. Our experiential curriculum includes stretching and exercise, targeted breathing techniques, life skills in conflict resolution, and life lessons on human values such as responsibility, respect, friendliness, kindness and cooperation. As students learn how to manage their stress in a healthy way, they exhibit greater confidence and motivation to succeed in school and make healthy choices when faced with life’s challenges. As adults learn these skills they find  positive balance and uplift human values. Please join us to learn these life skills:
